CrossFit is an amazing sport, but just like any sport there is always risk of injury. Most injuries are almost always PREVENTABLE and one-way to prevent various injuries is by maintaining a good degree of mobility. Proper range of motion in each and every joint as well as good body mechanics will lead you to a safer environment in the box. Working on improving your mobility can help relieve pain, improve performance and prevent injury.


There are various ways you can mobilize with equipment in the gym, or with no equipment at all!


CrossFit Dracut offers a one hour mobility class each week where we teach our Athletes which muscles we need to give TLC based on the weeks programming, and how we should go about doing so!


Make sure to take a peek at the mobility binder we put together, and take care of those muscles after each workout. You only get one body, so make sure you take care of it!
